Tuesday 16th June sees the opening night of Oxfordshire Theatre Company's latest show, Dancing In My Dreams by Neil Duffield.

Incorporating music and dances from the 1930s and featuring 10 members of our Youth Musical Theatre, Dancing In My Dreams tells of Kathleen, an evacuee from London.  Unnerved by the strange surroundings of the countryside she dreams herself into the glamourous, musical world of Fred Astaire.

Alongside this new production we will be hosting two afterwords on Tuesday and Wednesday evening where members of the cast will join former evacuees to discuss their experiences and reactions to the play.

And if you're a Friend of The Theatre then the evening performance on Wednesday 17th June is 2 for 1 night.  So there's every reason to come and join us for an enchanting, engaging evening. Box office: 01608 642350 or book online. Performances: Tuesday 16th to Thursday 18th June, 7.30pm. Matinee: Wednesday 17th June, 1.30pmBSL signed performance: Wedne

Paris 36The Theatre is proud to host a rare UK screening of the sumptuous new film from Christophe Barratier, director of the acclaimed film 'The Chorus.' Hugely enjoyable, richly colourful and very stylish, the film follows the ups and downs of a group of backstage theatre workers who try to revive the fortunes of their Chansonia music hall in the darkest days of the great depression.

Music, spectacle and warm drama make this a must see summer film, and an irresistable period musical.
