The Theatre is proud to host the debut exhibition of two superb 18 year old artists, Victoria Vaughan and Kathryn Maher. With influences from Munch and Miro to The Seven Deadly Sins their paintings and drawings are striking, personal and honest. Catch them on their way up!

'My work is mostly portraiture and is usually based upon personal experience and emotion: I find that I can express myself freely through art, in an honest and sometimes controversial way'  Victoria Vaughan

Mon 27th July to Sat 22nd August

Gallery open during all performances and Saturdays 10am - 1pm

We have lined up a great selection of Films this summer from Tom Hanks in the Vatican City in Angles and Demons to Daniel Radcliffe fighting off dementors in the Half Blood Prince.  I am sure that everyone will find something to suit.

To celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the landing on the moon we are, in collaboration with Science Oxford, screening 2001: A Space Odyssey (U).  We are very privileged to welcome Dr Ian Griffin, astronomer and CEO of Science Oxford, to give a short talk, before the film, exploring some of the science behind the movie – from space exploration, to the planets and our Solar System.  Plus weather permitting; please join us for a telescope tryout at the Rollright Stones with Chipping Norton Amateur Astronomy Group.

For full details of our Film Programme click on the film icon on the right.
